Our goal with our entire portfolio of products is to provide hair and beauty artists the tools they need to push the boundaries of their creativity. We are always aligned with the market’s needs, which is why we consistently offer innovative, premium brands that hairstylists and their clients want to use. Our focus is on integrity, quality, team spirit, diversity, family values, and close partnerships with our employees and their clients.
Family Story
In 1978, France and Gaétan Bourdon’s love for the hairstyling industry quickly blossomed into a family entrepreneurship. Today, the company they founded employs more than 250 employees in 25 stores across Quebec and New Brunswick.
In 2014, France and Gaétan gave their daughters, Marie-Christine and Marie-Danielle Bourdon, the reins of the company. Both daughters use proximity management techniques that honor their parents values. Marie-Christine and Marie-Danielle implemented structural changes by creating Top Beauty Group, a conglomerate company for their existing portfolio of businesses. Now, Top Beauty Group’s goal is to expand into new markets.

Marie-Danielle has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and also holds an EMBA from McGill – HEC Montreal. She pursued higher education with the goal of guiding her companies in the next phase of their evolution. Her focus is on implementing organizational strategies that position TBG for long-term growth and prosperity.
Instinctive, organised, and always thinking of what lies ahead, Marie-Danielle knows how to develop business strategies that bring her companies positive, sustained growth.

Marie-Christine has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and over 20 years of experience in marketing and sales in the hairstyling and beauty field.
Her natural leadership shines through her ability to unify her teams and motivate them to exceed expectations. She has an inherent desire to grow, and knows how to communicate her objectives with passion.
